At Knoss Shop, we take pride in providing custom-made products with meticulous attention to detail. Our goal is to ensure your order is carefully crafted and safely delivered to your doorstep. Here's how our shipping process works:

1. Order Confirmation

Upon your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email contains essential information such as your order number, a summary of your order, total cost, and the selected shipping address.

2. Custom-Made for You

Every item you order is crafted exclusively for you. We do not maintain a stock of pre-made products. The printing process typically takes 3-5 business days (from February to October) and 5-7 business days (from November to January). We collaborate with a global network of skilled third-party printers, and the product's type and your shipping address influence its production location. Consequently, your order may arrive in different packages and on different days.

3. Shipping to Your Location

Your order is shipped directly to your door, office, or another designated location. When your order is on the way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Shipping times vary based on the destination and are automatically calculated during the checkout process.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and specified in US Dollars (USD) during checkout. A shipping tracking link will be provided for your order once it is shipped.

International Taxes and Duties

All shipments are handled by UPS or USPS. The shipping address you provide during checkout determines the destination country. Prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times, and delivery charges will be adjusted according to the country you select for shipping. Approved orders will be dispatched as promptly as possible, following the order's sequence. You will receive a tracking link along with your shipment confirmation when your package leaves the warehouse.
